Using the website

These terms cover the Lakeline Labs LLC marketing website, product previews, tools and inquiry forms. Use the site lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Separate app terms or a signed project agreement govern products or services you later purchase.

Cortex preview and updates

Cortex screens use sample household data. Example names, activity, counts and time estimates are not customer outcomes. The tour does not connect to visitor accounts or perform actions. Joining the list is not a purchase, reservation, account, guarantee of access or promise of a release date.

Guide and project planner

The guide searches studio-written answers. The planner suggests a starting scope from your choices; it is not a site audit, binding quote or guaranteed result. A project inquiry starts a conversation and does not place an order.

Project agreements

Before paid work begins, a separate agreement should define scope, deliverables, fees, timing, responsibilities, revisions, ownership, licensing, third-party costs, maintenance, cancellation and handoff. Only agreed project terms apply.

Content and permissions

Lakeline branding and site content belong to Lakeline or their respective owners. Third-party marks remain their owners’ property. You must have permission to submit project materials. An inquiry permits us to evaluate and answer it, not to publish confidential materials.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading material; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with forms or infrastructure; or provide passwords, payment credentials or confidential account records.

Availability and results

Errors, interruptions and changes can occur. Marketing content and planning suggestions are general information. We do not guarantee leads, revenue, search rankings or a particular business result. Nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
