Who operates this website

Lakeline Labs LLC operates this website. Contact us at hello@lakelinelabs.com, through Support, or use the Privacy request form.

What we collect and why

• Cortex list: email, optional name, platform preference, interests, signup time, consent choice and consent-notice version, used for the updates you request.
• Project and support messages: contact and business details, project choices, message, submission time and consent record, used to evaluate and respond to your request.
• Privacy requests: email, request type, optional explanation, reference and submission time, used to review and answer your request.
• Email opt-outs: email, opt-out choice, reference and submission time, used to prevent future Cortex marketing to that address.
• Service and abuse data: Netlify processes request, submission and anti-spam information to deliver and protect the site.

Interactive tools

Guide searches and planner selections stay in your browser. They are not sent to a language-model service. A project plan is submitted only when you choose to send it. Copying a plan places the text on your device clipboard.

Providers and sharing

Netlify hosts the site, processes forms and stores submissions. Microsoft delivers submission notifications to the Lakeline business inbox. These providers process information needed to operate and secure the service. We do not sell website signup or inquiry records or share them for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect legal rights and security.

Cookies and analytics

The public site does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or cross-site tracking. Netlify may use necessary security and infrastructure technologies. The private Forms dashboard uses account authentication; public forms do not require an account.

Retention and manual handling

Website form records are reviewed at least annually. Inquiries are deleted or minimized when no longer needed for the request, business relationship, dispute or legal obligation. Active signup records are kept while updates are requested. Opt-out and limited suppression records may be retained as needed to honor the choice. Privacy requests are handled manually; submitting a request does not itself complete access, correction or deletion. Provider backups and operational logs may expire on their own schedules.

Your choices and requests

Use Email preferences to opt out of Cortex marketing. Before any campaign, Lakeline must exclude recorded opt-outs from the recipient list. Use Privacy request to ask for access, correction, deletion, a copy of website information or to appeal a response. We may verify ownership before disclosing or deleting information. Do not send identity documents through the form. Rights and response periods depend on applicable law and are not limited by this notice.

Security and international processing

Access controls, encrypted transport and bounded form handling help protect submissions, but no service can promise absolute security. Providers may process information in other locations. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, health records or confidential account contents through these forms.

Children and Cortex app data

This marketing website is intended for adults considering the product or business services. We do not knowingly seek information from children under 13. This notice covers the website only. Separate disclosures will govern Cortex app accounts, connections, permissions, purchases and app data before public app release.

Changes

We will update the effective date when this notice changes and seek permission before a new use when required.
